Quality Control

The quality control of pocket spring mattresses runs through the entire production process, from raw material selection to finished product delivery, with strict standards and rigorous inspection procedures to ensure product safety, durability and comfort. As the core component of the mattress, the quality of pocket springs directly determines the product performance, so the first pass of quality control starts from spring raw materials.

High-quality high-carbon steel wire is selected, which undergoes strict tensile strength, toughness and corrosion resistance tests to ensure that the wire diameter error is within ±0.02mm, avoiding spring deformation or breakage caused by unqualified materials. In the spring winding and bagging process, automatic equipment is adopted for precise operation, and each spring is independently wrapped with non-woven fabric, with uniform wrapping tightness and no loose threads or missing bags. Inspectors check the number of spring turns, compression rebound performance and bagging integrity one by one, eliminating unqualified products on the spot.

After the spring core is formed, it undergoes overall compression testing, simulating 50,000 times of human body pressure to test its rebound resilience and structural stability, ensuring that the mattress will not sag or deform after long-term use. The filling material matched with the spring core, such as sponge and cotton, is inspected for density, elasticity and environmental protection, and meets international environmental protection standards without harmful substances such as formaldehyde.

In the final assembly and finished product inspection stage, the overall thickness, hardness and size of the mattress are measured, and the surface fabric is checked for wear resistance, stain resistance and stitching firmness. At the same time, noise testing is carried out to ensure that there is no abnormal noise when the mattress is pressed or turned over. Each qualified product will be affixed with a quality inspection certificate, and random sampling inspection will be carried out before delivery to ensure that the pass rate of outgoing products reaches 100%, providing consumers with safe and reliable sleep products.
